Thanks man, hope the move/drive back East went well and you and Kate are all settled in. We will have to schedule a Skype call soon so I can hear the details on the new business, it sounds like a great opportunity. We will be in Kuala Lumpur and will try to find the most ruckus New Year's party we can find. It will only be 11am on the East Coast when it is midnight here.

Also don't think I will miss the Rose Bowl. You should watch too since little blue is already done for the year....

It's a little late for Christmas well-wishes, but Happy New Year to you and Amy. I think you should find the craziest party in town and send lots of pictures.

Matt thanks for the well wishes. The stomach gods have been pretty easy on me so far (knock on wood), and I am glad that they have been because the food is so good. We will be back to Northern Thailand in late March before we head to Bhutan. And I may have to get me some of those elephant PJs, mine are getting a little worn out protecting me from mosquitoes at night. Take care and we will talk with you soon.

Merry Christmas Amy and Keith

Sounds like an awesome one. Your Thailand pics bring back great memories. Dinner from a food cart? Clearly the Thai stomache gods are kinder on you than I. Enjoy it there, Pad Thai in the US will never be the same. Those salty little shrimp guys that I suspect are from the Chai Priah are quite tasty. Check out Chiang Mai if you have time. An amazing place - if there look for a very cool art gallery that seves phenomonal Khao Soi....the best I had in Thailand. I also got some phat elephant PJ pants there for 200 baht after some sweet negotiating that had me stuck at 150 and her at 200... I caved when she called me handsome.

Have a blast

John - We will be posting a Southern Thailand Album in the next week. But to tide you over I have posted a Surat Thani album in the pictures, http://www.greenaroundtheglobe.com/pretty-pictures/thailand-pictures. I have a pretty good one of Ohm running around in the yard. I also have a great one of a younger boy (never caught his name) missing his front two teeth, all I could think of when I saw it was the song, "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth". Thailand is beautiful and amazing. It has been nice to hang at beautiful beaches, and eat delicious food but it is time we got moving again to see some more sights. We are off to Malaysia on the 29th. We will be back to see Northern Thailand in late March. Enjoy the pics and thanks again for helping to arrange for the visit, it was great.
